About Brittni Bailus

Brittni was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. She graduated from Coronado High School in Henderson, before leaving to attend the University of Arizona. After graduation, Brittni returned to Las Vegas to attend UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law. During law school, Brittni competed in Moot Court competitions and worked for the Nevada Supreme Court. In 2015, Brittni graduated with a juris doctor degree and worked as a law clerk in the Eighth Judicial District Court, where she gained a deep understanding of Nevada’s judicial system.

Brittni then worked as an attorney at law firms practicing both litigation and estate planning. During this time, Brittni’s hard work was recognized through multiple awards, including being named a Top Attorney and a Rising Star by Super Lawyers and Nevada Business Magazine. During this time, Brittni realized her love of helping people plan for their future. In 2024, Brittni established Bailus Law so that she can provide her clients with the individualized attention they deserve when developing their estate plan.

When she not helping clients, Brittni enjoys spending time hiking or camping with her husband, son, and two dogs.
